The holidays are back, and that means holiday parties! Want to put together a charcuterie board to impress your friends and family? Join us for a charcuterie class where we’ll discuss some tips and tricks to making a charcuterie board that looks beautiful and is surprisingly easy to do.
Everyone who attends will receive everything they need to make an amazing charcuterie board for 4-6 people. We’ll go through the steps of laying out your board, cutting techniques, and presentation tricks that will transform an ordinary cheese board into an impressive spread that will wow your guests.
You bring your favorite knife and a platter to assemble upon. We will provide everything else, including a sampling of imported Italian wines to pair with the cheeses and meats on your board. At the end of the night, you take home a delicious charcuterie board, ready to serve!

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
